Experience in business, operations and technology.
I’m Nicolás Montero, a business administration graduate with a passion for technology. For more than 20 years, I have worked in local companies and multinationals, helping launch operations, develop products and lead teams in Peru and across Latin America.
My career has combined commercial management, marketing, operations and technology. I have worked with both corporate clients and consumers, with responsibility for budgets, business results and teams across different functions.
01 — My career
Technology and digital services
At companies including Dinama, 3G Motion, Binbit and Opratel, I helped implement mobile services, launch products and establish operations in Peru. My work combined technical coordination, operational management, marketing and business development.
Regional management in Latin America
At OnMobile, I progressed from managing accounts in Peru to taking on regional responsibilities. I worked with telecommunications operators, negotiated commercial agreements and coordinated teams across countries to develop products and improve business results.
Commercial leadership and automotive operations
At Wigo Motors, I led a business unit covering eight brands, coordinating sales, marketing and operations. I was responsible for its profitability, the development of sales channels and team management.

Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of customers, business and technology: understanding a need, coordinating the people involved and putting an initiative into practice.
I have learned from launching operations, growing established businesses, negotiating with partners and supporting both on-site and distributed teams.
03 — My work today
Today, I apply that experience to consulting, process improvement and the implementation of automation and artificial intelligence. My interest lies in connecting what technology can do with the concrete needs of a business.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, with additional training in digital transformation, sales leadership and commercial management.
