AI process automation. Less manual work.

I connect the tools and steps in your operation to reduce repetitive work, errors and waiting. AI is used where it improves the process.

When work depends on copying, pasting and remembering.

Small tasks add up: someone checks an inbox, copies data to another tool, prepares a report and alerts the next person. That may be an automation opportunity, provided the rules and exceptions can be understood.

Automate the flow, not just one task.

First, understand the rules and exceptions.

I review how a process starts and ends, where it gets stuck, what data it needs and which cases require human judgement. Then we prioritize a bounded workflow, test it and refine it before expanding.

Not every process should be automated.

If rules change constantly, volume is low or an exception needs human judgement, automation may add complexity. The decision depends on current cost, expected impact and risk.

Know what you will receive.

The proposal defines the deliverables for your project. Depending on the agreed scope, these can include:

  • A map of the workflow, rules and exceptions to address.
  • An automation or integration with agreed validation and testing.
  • Operating guidance, ownership and defined support arrangements.

What I need from your team: a process owner, representative examples and authorized access to the relevant tools and information.

How we evaluate the result: we agree on a baseline and acceptance criteria before implementation, such as time spent, errors, answer quality or follow-up completeness.

Timeline, investment, support and maintenance are defined case by case.

What repetitive task would you like to remove?
